John 3:3 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth,
unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God."
John 3:5 Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell
you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the
Spirit.
The new birth has
been ridiculed by people on the right hand and the left yet it still stands as
the requirement for entering the Kingdom of GOD.
Rejecting the new
birth bought and paid for by Christ is nothing less than committing spiritual
suicide.
This is the most
dramatic experience available to mankind.
Nothing approaches this encounter with God for it touches the earth and
the heavens at the same time.
People on earth
rejoice when a sinner comes home to GOD and the angels likewise rejoice - -
Luke 15:10 “In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of
the angels of God over one sinner who repents."
It is too easy to
underestimate the new birth and what occurs in the exercise of being born
again. Spiritual death is surgically
removed by the Spirit of GOD and New life is implanted from above.
There is an
invisible stamp on the reborn that says, “Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb.”
This stamp
provides us with our entrance through the Pearly Gates. This new birth experience is glorious and is
“Better felt than tell-eth”.
